How We Vet

Texas DPS license verification. Active Private Security Bureau license, proper officer certification levels (Level II, III, IV), clean disciplinary history. If they're not current, they're not in our network.

Insurance verification. Minimum $1 million general liability, proper workers' comp coverage, and armed operations coverage where applicable. We verify policy limits and expiration dates — not just that a policy exists.

Background check confirmation. Criminal history checks, drug screening and employment verification on all officers. Texas requires it. Not every company does it properly. We verify their process.

Response time testing. We test inquiry response times, deployment speed and emergency responsiveness. Companies that can't answer a test inquiry within 2 hours won't answer your emergency call at 2am.

Client references. Not hand-picked testimonials from their website. We find real clients through reviews and industry contacts. We ask about reliability, no-shows, officer quality and billing accuracy.

Training review. De-escalation, use of force, emergency response, report writing, site-specific procedures. Texas minimums are low. We look for companies that exceed them.

What We Don't Do

We don't employ security guards. We're a matching service, not a guard company. We connect you with vetted security providers. This means you get a company that specializes in your specific need — a construction security specialist for construction sites, an event security company for events.

We don't take commissions that inflate your price. The security company pays us for the referral. Your rate is the same as if you'd found them directly — often better, because we negotiate volume pricing across our client base.

We don't disappear after the match. If the company underperforms, call us. We hold our partners accountable and will replace them if they don't meet the standards they were vetted against.
